Our policy is to manufacture International Standard quality Grey Iron Castings conforming at all times to customers agreed requirement for maximum customer satisfaction by fulfilling resources requirements, training people, stringent quality control, dedicated team effort and continuous process improvement to deliver our services on time at an optimum cost.

QUALITY OBJECTIVES

  1. To follow documented Quality System

  2. To achieve ISO-9002 Certificate by implementing a well established documented Quality System procedure.

  3. To ensure that Quality policy is understood, implemented and maintained at all levels of the Organization.
 
QUALITY CONTROL :
  • All castings are marked for identification with unique Heat.
  • Chemical analysis done for all basic rawmaterial used and for every heat of castings manufactured.
  • Every heat of Manhole covers undergoes load test.
  • All fittings are checked hydraulically for leakage.
  • Dimensional tolerances are maintained as per various standards.
PRODUCTION CAPACITY :
  • From 0.500gm to 3.5 MT single piece casting.
  • 500 - 600 MT every month.
